~short story~
I walked down the hall, leaving the class room from my first day at my new school. I was only 6 but I felt rather mature for some reason that day. Out of the corner of my eyes I saw the blonde Uzumaki boy, standing with the pink haired Haruno girl, and the raven headed Uchiha boy. I blushed a little, as I knew I'd have to walk by the group to get to the gate leading me home.
For as long as I could remember I'd had a crush on Naruto Uzumaki. He was just so very brave... outgoing... nice... I sighed a little thinking about it- though I hadn't really gotten to know him very well yet I'd known of his since I was about 4 and had always admired him. I looked at the ground blushing as I started to walk past them, for some reason the Uchiha boy pulling me aside.
"Hey, Hinata-chan, can I walk home with you?" He asked, smiling a little at me, naruto laughed, Sakura glared in my direction.
"Sasuke-kun! Why you want to walk home with her?! You don't even know her!" She yelled crossing her arms, I blushed a little looking down, Sasuke turned and glared in her direction.
" 'cause I want to. Itachi said I should start to get to know Hinata more, so figured I'd go ahead and do so" he said turning to me and smiling. "So can I?" my blush deepened once again, but I nodded slowly, Naruto laughing louder.
"Sasuke? Have a crush? No way~" He mocked laughing, again Sasuke glared in his direction, then turned back to me.
"Let's go Hinata-chan." He said taking my hand and dragging me away from the group, I followed silently letting him drag me. Even after we'd walked a decent way he still held my hand, I blushed again still staring at my feet, he laughed a little. "Never realized how shy you are..." He said and stopped walking, I turned to see his face closer to my own, almost flinching back. "Hey Hinata-chan..."
"Y-yes... U-uchiha-sa-san...?" I stuttered blushing deeper.
"Call me Sasuke..." he said smiling. "and Hinata... we're... friends right?" He asked looking to the side a feint blush on his cheeks.
"E-eh... yes..." I said, not getting what he was trying to tell me.
"Well... since... I'm a boy... and your a girl... and we're 'friends'... shouldn't we be boyfriend and girlfriend?" He asked smiling at me again. I blushed deeper.
"E-eh... uhm.... I-I guess... th-tha-that would b-be okay..." I said looking down, he smiled.
"Good!" He said, holding my hand tighter and smiling as we went back to walk home, I smiled a little bit blushing deeply as we continued our walk back to my house.

x3; idk~ younger sasuke wasn't as depressed and serious as older sasuke is so I don't think he's too ooc ><;; and the bf gf thing is something I myself had xD;; "hey... since we're friends, and your a girl and I'm a boy so... does that make us boyfriend and girlfriend?"
